What is your return policy?

We would advise you to check your order carefully when it is placed, as every item is customised, we will not be able to replace it once it has been processed. You will, however, be able to have your order replaced if you receive a wrong item or if there is any damage to it. In this case you can contact us and we will replace your order as soon as possible. Please check your item carefully when it is delivered as we will not be able to replace your item after it has been signed for.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery can take up to 5 days depending on the complexity of your order and your time availability. Please let us know in advance if you need your order at a certain date and time and we can try to accommodate that for you

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and cheque payments. You can also make payments through online transactions.

Do you undertake Glass installation and Turnkey Projects?

Yes we do undertake complete Turnkey projects of Supplying and Installations of Glasses and other related Glass fabrication works, you can take prior appointment and our expert technicians will be delighted to help you.
